Refund policy

Hi! Fiona here! I hope that you love your art work and thank you again for supporting my small local business.  The margins made on my sales barely cover the costs, but the fact that you have decided that you would like to own a piece of my heart (as love is poured into each painting) truly makes my soul sing.

Returns

All sales are final - refunds will only be issued in the event that the painting has been damaged in transit.  In the unfortunate event of damage, kindly email photos to: info@fionanazha.com (within 3 days of receipt).  Refunds will be determined based on verification of the damage and that said damage occurred in transit and not after arrival.

Exchanges

Change is [mostly] good, so if you change your mind, that's ok - I want you to own art that you truly love! You can exchange your item for something you love more... BUT [I did say 'mostly'], only within 7 days of receipt.  Should you choose to exchange for a higher priced item, the difference in price will be calculated. Standard shipping charges will apply on the exchange.  Custom made frames unfortunately cannot be returned or refunded.
